Crocodile park isn’t your normal zoo. It is an animal rescue center!!! I saw tigers, monkeys, baboons, lamas, snakes, parrots, cranes, funky chickens, fluffy bunnies, giant tortoises, lemurs, and lots and lots of crocodiles.

The Finca de Osorio is a National park. It used to be a plantation and still has lots of farm animals to hug. The trails were pretty with tons to explore. A great day outdoors.

Playa Papagayo is a famous cove with soft sand within the national park. It’s protected from the big wind and has amazing swimming. There are lots of tiny beaches within the park, so if this one is packed, just go to the next cove.

On Sundays, small stands fill the streets surrounding the church. The town has its own classic cheese, sausage, bread and pastries that were really yummy.
